What are the top 5 new legal issues your clients and potential clients will face in 2013? How can you discover those top issues? I recommend subscribing (electronically, if possible) to your clients’s industry publications and the most appropriate business journals and spend 20-30 minutes each day skimming those publications looking for an article that addresses an issue that will positively or negatively impact your clients.
