Simply stated, you can be successful outwardly without focusing on your values, but you cannot be inwardly fulfilled without focusing on your values.

The key is to dig deep and discover what matters most to you. Doing so will enable you to

  1. When did you decide you wanted to become a lawyer?
  2. Why are you practicing law now?
  3. What do you really want in your life and your career?
  4. What are you willing to invest or give up to achieve what you want?
